The Solution: FocusBuddy protects your vision using Pomodoro timers, the 20-20-20 rule, and smart "Focus Refresher" popups. Every 10 minutes, it guides you through quick, actionable eye exercises (like blinking or rolling) right over your lecture to maintain deep, healthy focus.

It completely blocks social media (Insta, FB) and entertainment, wrapping purpose-built focus in a beautiful, welcoming interface.
